Bad Toys 3D Anti-FAQ

What the hell is an Anti-FAQ? Since I’ve just now come up with this little bit of my website, no one’s had a chance to ask me stupid questions yet. So I’ve come up with the stupid questions myself, and paired them with equally stupid answers.

Q: Where can I get this game?
A: Google it. Bad Toys 3D can be found at any number of sites. It’s a small download, too, so it shouldn’t be any problem snagging it.

Q: Why are you wasting your time with such an insignificant title?
A: Why not? While Bad Toys certainly wasn’t a definitive classic and likely won’t be remembered in about ten years from now, it remains a fun title that sadly lacks some sort of acknowledgement beyond the myriad of sites that blandly paste it up to boost up their number of downloadable games. A little bit of positive press, even if somewhat half-hearted, is better than none.

Q: I’ve noticed many spelling errors, grammatical errors, etc on your site.

A: I’ve kept all spellings, given names, and the like exactly as seen in the actual game. Don’t blame me.

Q: Is Tibo Software still around? Can I actually register this?
A: Yes, in fact, it is, and you can still register the game.

Tibo's home page is located here. As you can see, they haven't done much beyond Bad Toys 3D, save for a few puzzle games. Oh well.

Originally, the title was $25 (plus $4 S&H), most likely due to the company's location in the Czech Republic. They've since brought the price down to $18, as you can see on the official Bad Toys 3D site.

They originally offered the t-shirt with the game, as seen below:

Now, the t-shirt is a separate $13 purchase. Dunno if I'd recommend it.

Q: Are you going to actually pick up the game and see what else it has to offer?
A: MAYBE! If I'm willing to shell out almost $20 bucks for this relatively silly game, I can expand on it.

Q: Who was Tibo Software composed of? Who did what?
A: As listed in the Help file…

Q: Can I get that odd yet compelling title music somewhere?
A: No. I can say that without a doubt, unless J.T. Bob happens to be advertising his work on the Internet somewhere.

Q: What is the difference between detail modes?
A: High detail has ceilings and floors. Low detail doesn’t.

Q: Really, what the hell is this thing?

A: Look here.
